Edible Seashore:   Saturday : 25th August 2018

Enjoy  a wild feast in our stylish beach hut below The White cliffs of Dover. Explore the landscape to find edible wild food such as seaweed, limpets & coastal plants such as rock samphire. Spectacular scenery. Lifetime skills, delicious food & new friends.


Berry Bonanza : Saturday 29th September 11-4 pm

Autumn fruits, seeds, berries and new leaves. Learn about wild food such as haws or nutritious sea buckthorn, the super berry that astronauts take before flying. Foraged feast in a location to be confirmed.


Shellfish special:   Sunday 14th Oct 10-2 pm     &   Sat 3 rd  November 2-6 pm


Wild oysters, winkles, limpets and mussels under the dramatic skies & Autumn sunsets that inspired J M W Turner. Our foraged four-course feast will be at The Wild Kitchen an 18th century Ship's pilot's house in Deal, Kent.

Lucious leaves and fragrant flowers. Flavours from the forest and tipples from the seashore. Just what food can we create from the Kent landscape? Come and find out. 2 hr foraging followed by a 4 course feast with botanical teas, cordials and cocktails at The Wild Kitchen a Georgian townhouse in delightful Deal.      (Price: £80 per person)A

How to forage with Lucia, a member of the Association of Foragers. Plant label identification.

Exploration of the beautiful Kent coast; beaches and cliffs.
