Meadow & Coast :   Saturday 2nd June 8.30-2 pm

A low 'Spring' tide is ideal for finding shrimps and edible seaweeds. Then onto ancient meadowland to find leaves and herbs for our luncheon salad.  The foraged feast is at The Wild Kitchen, a Georgian townhouse in Deal Kent.

Smugglers & Samphire: Sunday 1st July 11-3 pm Saturday 28th July 11-3 pm & 18th August 11 - 3pm

Wander in a wilderness location with smugglers tunnels to forage samphire and rare coastal succulent plants. Relax in the sun for a magnificent wild food picnic feast.

Edible Seashore:   Saturday 14th July   3-8pm &  25th August 2018

A beach below The White cliffs of Dover to find edible wild food such as seaweed, limpets & coastal plants such as rock samphire. Spectacular scenery with gourmet feast in a stylish beach hut. Lifetime skills & new friends.

Berry Bonanza : Saturday 29th September 11-4 pm

Autumn fruits, seeds, berries and new leaves. Learn about wild food such as haws or nutritious sea buckthorn, the super berry that astronauts take before flying. Foraged feast in a location to be confirmed.

Shellfish special:  Saturday 22nd September 2-6 pm  &   Saturday 14th October 10-2 pm

Wild oysters, winkles, limpets and mussels for the picnic feast. Learn how to best cook shellfish in situ. Our beach dinning table is laid under the dramatic skies & Autumn sunsets that inspired J M W Turner.

Wild Food Foraging with Gourmet Feast Experience    £ 75 per person  includes:-

A  Gourmet feast with botanical cocktails, herb teas, homemade cordials in a special location.

How to forage safely with plant labels to photograph & wild food recipes.

Exploration of the beautiful Kent coast; beaches and cliffs.

Return home laden with foraged food and a Wild Kitchen gift.
