Spring into spring; gather wild garlic, flowers and leaves from woodland & meadow. Enjoy a gourmet feast of delicious nutritious wild food with unique flavours & botanical cocktails at The Wild Kitchen, a Georgian townhouse in Deal, Kent.

How to identify blossoms, petals and leaves to be used in Medicines, drinks and as food.  Enjoy a fragrant floral feast back at The Wild Kitchen, a fine Georgian townhouse in Deal Kent. Rose petal gin and tonic anyone?



Edible Seashore:   Saturday June 23rd (12am-5pm) *  Saturday 14th July  *  25th August


A beach below The White cliffs of Dover to find edible wild food such as seaweed, limpets & coastal plants such as rock samphire. Spectacular scenery with a unique and memorable gourmet feast 'cook up' in our stylish beach hut.



Shellfish special:  Saturday 22nd September 2-6 pm  *  Saturday 14th October 10-2 pm


Wild oysters, winkles, limpets and mussels for the picnic feast. Learn how to best cook shellfish in situ. Our beach dinning table is laid under the dramatic skies & Autumn sunsets that inspired J M W Turner.
