CHILLED WILD FENNEL SOUP

Ingredients : Wild Fennel (either the yellow garlic flowers or tender juicy inner stem: about 1 tablespoon), Greek yogurt, cucumber, curry powder, salt.
Peel and lightly chop one cucumber put it in a blender, add six spoons of Greek yogurt, a pinch of salt, a teaspoon of curry powder.
Blend everything together. Taste and adjust more fennel, curry or salt to taste. Serve chilled or with a cube of ice.
