Summer shrimping in rock pools while learning how to safely navigate tides and currents. Beach fire cook up with our wild shellfish & foraged seaweed as the sun goes down.


Sunday 11th  2-6 pm: NEW EVENT: Foraging for Vegans

Plants and seaweeds are ideal vegan food. We learn how to safely identify, gather and cook them finishing with a vegan feast in our beach hut and plenty of wild food to take home & preserve.


Tuesday 3rd September 10- 2 pm : Shellfish Special - Day Off Delight

£75 per person                                                                                            

Foraging for delicious wild shellfish followed by a gourmet picnic, botanical cocktails & hearty cook up on the beach. Wild dinning under the stunning Kent skies and horizons that inspired JW Turner.


Sat October 12th  11 - 3 pm : Berry Bonanza - Foraging for Autumn berries, fruits and late summer seeds.

Return to the Wild Kitchen in Deal for an elegant winter feast created from our foraged superfoods in an historic Georgian townhouse. The log fires will be burning & Autumnal cocktails prepared.

                                                                                       

Sat 2 November   9- 2 pm :  Shellfish Special

£75 per person                                                                                            

Foraging for prime shellfish : oysters, mussels, cockles and slipper limpets in a chalk bed wilderness. Return to the Wild Kitchen in Deal for an elegant winter feast in the Georgian townhouse. The log fires will be burning & warming winter cocktails prepared.

Distinctly different Spring landscapes. How to gather edible seaweeds, succulent seashore plants & woodland wild garlic. Gourment foraged feast in our rural haven; a retro village hall with fine views of the Kent landscape.

Stunning wilderness location with Smugglers tunnel & chalky cliffs. The summer harvest is samphire, edible flowers and coastal plants. Fill your baskets and then relax for a gourment picnic feast of a lifetime.
