Saturday 1 May: Spring into Spring Foraging in two different landscapes for wild garlic & nutritious seaweeds; a ‘cocktail of goodness’. Our gourmet foraged feast will be outside. 11-3 pm


Saturday 22nd May : Asparagus by Bike Wild edible treats along the ancient smuggler’s highway & a stunning wilderness beach.  Recline in a magical glade for the gourmet picnic feast with blossom cocktails & birdsong. Depart from a different train station (approx 6 miles). 11-4.30 pm.


Sunday 30th May : Asparagus Adventure  Sea swimming & fabulous foraging. Coastal plants & wild asparagus tart with hollandaise sauce for our gastro picnic with a salty ocean dip for the brave. 11-4 pm


Sunday 27th June : Edible Seashore Gather & cook seaweeds. Coastal plants & herbs atop the iconic White Cliffs of Dover. Gourmet feast. Gastronomic de-briefing back in our stylish beach hut.  10-3 pm


Saturday 17th July : Smugglers & Samphire Stunning wilderness location with Smuggler's tunnels. Gather samphire, edible flowers & more delicious coastal botanicals, Fill your baskets. Relax in the sun for the gourmet wild food picnic, delicate plant canapes & botanical cocktails. 11-4 pm


Sunday 15th August : Edible Seashore Forage & cook seaweeds & coastal plants at the iconic White Cliffs of Dover. Sip wild herb tea & floral fancies overlooking the English Channel. Our gourmet feast is vegetarian with seaweed cookery tips plus a gastronomic 'de-briefing' in our stylish beach hut. 10-3 pm


Saturday 21st August : Smugglers & Samphire Stunning wilderness location with Smuggler's tunnels. Gather samphire, edible flowers & more delicious coastal botanicals, Fill your baskets. Relax in the sun for the gourmet wild food picnic, delicate plant canapes & botanical cocktails. 11- 4 pm


Sunday 29th August : Wild Oysters by Bike Gather molluscs, seaweeds & field plants on this 5 mile cycling adventure. Mussels cooked on the beach, wild fennel meringues & rose petal gin. 9.30-3 pm


Sunday 5th September : Edible Seashore Vegan Special Learn about seaweeds, coastal plants & cliff herbs. Delicious, nutritious & free. Begin with a sea swim (optional). Enjoy the Gourmet Vegan wild food in our stylish beach hut. Seaweed Master class cooking demo prior to the foraging.  1-6 pm


Saturday 11th September: Shellfish Special : A 'Spring' tide means plenty of delicious molluscs & edible seaweed to collect. 'Bloody Mermaid" cocktails & wild oysters & steamed mussels in a memorable beach picnic with horizons & dramatic skies that inspired the painter, J.W. Turner. 9-1 pm


Saturday 16th October: Berries by Bicycle Superberry sea buckthorn & Autumn treats from the stunning Kent coast. How to store wild food for the Winter ahead. Superfood luncheon in secret location.11-4 pm

How to book and what to expect

We are located in Deal on the East Kent coast 2 hours from London. Our foraging adventures last 5-6 hours. Learn how to identify & collect wild plants flourishing in their eco systems.  Delicate dishes are directly inspired by the landscape in a 'restaurant without walls'. Seasonal ingredients & new flavours are cooked by renowned forager & Chef, Lucia Stuart. She & the team are dedicated to making your coastal foraging experience very special. Private parties welcomed.
