After some energetic beachcombing to collect your own fresh shellfish and edible seaweeds from under the stormy skies that JW Turner painted, enjoy a gourmet feast at the Wild Kitchen in Deal, Kent; a cosy Georgian townhouse owned by a Ship’s pilot in the 18th century. Gather nourishing edible seaweeds & learn how to best cook & store them to last all year. Lucia will share her passion and knowledge about seaweed from her talk , 'Seaweed in the Kitchen’, at The Royal Botanical Gardens, Edinburgh.
