Flavours from the forest and tipples from the seashore. Lucious leaves and fragrant flowers. Just what food can we create from the Kent landscape? 2 hr foraging followed by a feast with botanical teas & cocktails at The Wild Kitchen a Georgian townhouse in delightful Deal.


EdSaturday 13th April 11 - 4 pm : Edible seashore


£75 per person


Learn how to gather and cook edible seaweeds & succulent plants from the picturesque seashore. Wild food picnic with seaweed cookery in stylish beach hut.



Saturday 11th May 11- 4 pm : Meadow & coast


£75 per person


Explore the beach for succulent plants & edible seaweeds to take home, then up to the Meadow for flora & blossoms. Luncheon feast at The Wild Kitchen,  Deal.



Sunday 26th May 10-4 pm : Sand dunes, swimming and sea kale sandwiches


A stunning spot for a delicious beach picnic. Fun as you forage plants. Sea swimming encouraged.

Plants and seaweeds are ideal vegan food. During 5 hours, we learn how to gather and cook them finishing with a vegan feast in our beach hut (August) or in a Georgian townhouse (Sept).
