An elegant wild food winter feast in the Georgian townhouse that is the Wild Kitchen, Deal. The log fires will be burning & warming winter cocktails prepared. Afterwards foraging: oysters, mussels, cockles and slipper limpets & edible seaweeds under the stunning Kent skies and horizons that inspired JW Turner.

Saturday 2nd Nov   11 - 1 pm :  Seaweed cookery - How to prepare and enjoy British macro algae

Distinctly different Spring landscapes. How to gather edible seaweeds, succulent seashore plants & woodland wild garlic. Gourment foraged feast in our rural haven; a retro village hall with fine views of the Kent landscape.

Stunning wilderness location with Smugglers tunnel & chalky cliffs. The summer harvest is samphire, edible flowers and coastal plants. Fill your baskets and then relax for a gourment picnic feast of a lifetime.
